my boyfriend tells me to look both ways before crossing the street and holds my hand when we do. he always makes sure he’s closest to the road when we’re walking down a sidewalk and when he’s driving he puts his arm immediately across my chest when he hits a sudden stop. he’s always so cautious, always protecting me. he makes me feel safe <3
